Teaching

Dr. Beth E. Koch is an Assistant Professor of Art at West Virginia Wesleyan College
in Buckhannon, West Virginia, teaching design fundamentals, design production studio, digital photography, and visual experience courses. In addition to her current tenure-track appointment, Koch has taught at four other schools: Marshall University (Huntington, WV), was tenured at the University of Minnesota Duluth, graduate instructor and research assistant at the University of Minnesota (St. Paul, MN), and The Art Institutes International Minnesota (Minneapolis, MN) where she served as Academic Director of the Advertising and Design Management programs, and taught in the graphic design department. Koch received the Mary Hoover Award for Teaching Excellence at the University of Minnesota.
